In exploring Twitter for class, I found some useful information on student feedback for my Action Research and I have found a professional who shares a lot about this type of information to FOLLOW.  The first person I do not actually know that I am following.  A proud moment.  Especially after thinking "What in the world and I going to get from Twitter?"!
